  We had a mishap here the other night that will make me take a long hard look at ever returning. We got to Rehab around 7:30pm and grabbed around 11 drinks between the 3 of us before Power Hour. Once Power Hour hit we had a few more and then continued buying after it was over. We tipped throughout the night in cash and bought some drinks in cash while others were on our tab. When we closed out our tab it was with a bartender that we didn't use for the majority of the night and he saw us put a "0" in the "tip" field of the ticket since we'd already tipped throughout the night. He started calling names and acted highly innappropriate. We were unable to resolve the issue with him because he refused to listen to us in regard to tipping. We then called after leaving and the manager backed him up without even researching the problem or issue. I'd highly recommend avoiding this establishment since they can't figure out how to treat their patrons.

  Busiest spot
  Visited from Columbus Ohio and was disappointed in lgbt community. Nice bars but there was no one! even when "the Grove" was apparently busy! Friendly but few people, Rehab was empty Friday but had a busy patio Saturday with a drag show. Mixed crowed here

  The drag show music was VERY LOUD THAT'S my only complaint about the place. Smoke free inside and for a non smoker like my self that is always a HUGE plus.

  I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN
  I would never attend Rehab bar and grill ever again. They were highly rude and extremely disrespectful to me from the minute I came to the location. I entered the location at 2:30 am and was never greeted by an associate and walked back towards the bathroom of the location, and my id wasn't even checked. After finding out more information from resources they are in consistent struggle to keep their liquor license due to the vast amount of fighting and violence that happens that involves their staff. This night was a prime example. I proceeded to the urinal and was using the restroom when someone came behind me and started screaming at me to get out, and I replied that I was finishing using the restroom and that I would leave. I wasn't sure why he was screaming at me to leave when the location didn't close for another half an hour. While standing at the urinal I was attacked from behind by the manager of the location, and was dragged down to the ground and choked. He repeated to choke me and to hit my head against the ground consistently. I was trying to breathe and release his hands from around my neck when other staff members came by and pulled him off of me, and as soon as I got up they all continued to yell at me and push me around. While finally getting the chance to make my way out of the location they started to yell racial slurs at me such as ni****, slave, etc. "You aren't leaving, ive locked you in and your not going anywhere". Then walking out back and trying to leave out of the fenced area I was grabbed again by the associate and tackled again down and choked again. He choked me to an extreme to where I couldn't breathe. The other associates started to join him in putting their hands on me and jumping me. Finally the police arrived and the associated at the location were all charged in the situation. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BAR AGAIN, AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW VIOLENT AND TOXIC THAT THE STAFF AND THE BAR IS WHICH IS WHY IM FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THE ASSOCIATES. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE POLICE THEY STATED HOW HORRIBLE THE BAR WAS AND THAT THEY HAVE HAD SEVERAL CALLS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STAFF BEING VIOLENT AND FIGHTING WITH THE PATRONS OF THE LOCATION. ITS ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY, AND THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED. DOWN. THEY RUN A DESPICABLE BUSINESS AND DESERVE NOTHING BUT THEIR DOORS BEING CLOSED AND BEING UNABLE TO SERVE UNDERAGE ALCOHOL AND INFLICT VIOLENCE ON UNDESERVING PATRONS. I HAVE SEEN OVER TWO FIGHTS AT THIS LOCATION THAT INVOLVED THEIR ASSOCIATES, AND FROM A BUSINESS STANDPOINT..THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN BUSINESS. SO BEWARE!

  Two people DIDN'T leave their attitude at the door
  I had the strangest experience here. I went in after work while I was in STL on a business trip, and two guys in suits asked me to join them in conversation. Then, they acted like a couple of d!cks and started insulting me. I know it isn't the bar's fault and they shouldn't be nailed because of a patron's behavior. Still though, these are the type of people they attract. Not exactly the type of thing I want to put up with when I'm relaxing with a drink.

  I usually start out here and end up here!
  This is THE best place in town. Friendly staff. Kinda loud music. A great place to hit on ANY night of the week!!! Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday nights when everywhere else is dull, there's generally a good crowd here! Weekends are also great. With Attitudes, Novaks, Just Johns and Ernies32 all right there you can bar hop easily. Start At Rehab!

  Laidback neighborhood spot
  Service was friendly and the mixed crowd was laidback and unpretentious on the Thursday night I was in town. Would definitely feel comfortable hanging out there again. Not huge and nothing special about this place, but solid friendly spot for St. Louis.

  I worked there for a month a couple years ago and let me say the owner was foul and rude and let his dog walk on the bar. The food was okay but the drinks were overpriced and the attitude you got from the bartenders disgusting. Walk on by and don't waste your money.

  All I can say is the people who were hating on Rehab must b blind and stupid. I had an absolute blast. EVERYONE there was friendly, I will be going back. The drink prices are not to expensive. I live in Illinois and I like the prices at hole in the wall bars and these prices are comparable. Even if you dont enjoy drinking, the food there is to die for. So go try it out, and dont listen to the haters, they really dont know what they are talking about.

  Strongest drinks in town
  Friendly-ish bartenders who make the best drinks on the block. The crowd is odd and mixed, but that's part of the charm. Take over the jukebox unless you're looking for alt rock or metal. My recommendation is to start here for the drinks and then move on.

  This bar is truly sad! Mean people do work here and the customers are drunk and spaced out of their mind! There is not a warm welcoming feeling when you come here! Just a lot of attitude waiting to snap on you! The bar here is not worth spending your hard earned money at! Please go somewhere else! You will have a better time! :(
