Any and all artists & performers who identify as LGBTQIA are invited to be a part of this evening of art, drag, spoken word and live music. We look forward to making this event a huge success!
CALL FOR PERFORMERS: This year we are excited to offer live performances on the stage of Koken Art Factory. We are looking for LGBTQIA+ individuals looking to perform spoken word, live music and drag. Please send an email with your name, description of your act, photos, and social media representation if possible. Each person is allowed two performances, lasting up to 15 minutes combined. Please let us know if you have a scheduling preference (the event is from 6 to 10 pm). *As this is a fundraiser, ALL TIPS are to be DONATED to Metro Trans Umbrella Group to further the work we do in the St Louis community. Please keep in mind this is an all ages event.

ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Event Date: April 28th, 6-10 pm
Submission Deadline: April 8th, Sunday by midnight
Acceptance Notification: by April 13th
Accepted Art Drop-Off: April 21st, 12 - 4 pm at Koken Art Factory
Art Pick Up: April 29th, 12 - 4 pm, or immediately after show

Two awards will be given:
$150 for Best in Show
$100 for Emerging Artist
ART SUBMISSION RULES: 2-Dimensional Artists will have a maximum of a 4 feet by 4 feet of wall space to display their works. This can be one large piece, or three smaller pieces. 3-Dimensional art must not be larger than 1.25 cubic feet (15 inches tall by 15 inches wide by 15 inches deep). 3D artists to provide their own pedestal. All submitted images must be jpegs, not to exceed 2 MB each. For each piece submitted, please provide:

All accepted work must be ready for display. All flat artwork must either be properly framed or a gallery wrapped canvas, with a WIRE ACROSS THE BACK for hanging purposes. No sawtooth hangers, please. Gallery wrapped canvases need not be framed. Work will NOT be taped to walls. If submitting a 3D work, artist must provide own pedestal.
All accepted work must be dropped off and picked up in person. We cannot receive or send shipments of art work.
Metro Trans Umbrella Group will not handle the sale of art. Each artist is responsible for managing the sale of their own art work. Each artist will keep 100% of their own sales. There is NO submission fee, NO acceptance fee, and NO commission fee for this show. Everything is FREE. We just want to showcase the amazing work from our community.
