Opening Weekend

This is a great place to go for great drinks, but I don't think it's much of a gay bar anymore. Everyone there was in couples, and it's a small place so there is little moving between groups. But the Happy Hour Cosmos were worth it.

Re-Opening February 13, 2009

Goosed will be opening back up under new management this weekend, starting on Friday. Robin is back as the mixologist behind the bar and the menu has some great new drinks on it. If you had been there anytime from May to September of 2008, you probably were pretty disappointed. It had an interim management that tried to go a different route, didn't work. The new owners are a combination of old patrons and old staff, so we are going to be bringing the place back to its original ideology. Please come back and try us out. Look forward to seeing you all again!

Great Martini Bar

Great place to go after the Theater for a truly special Martini! Lots of smoking tho.

BEST MARTINI IN STL

Robin the little red-head behind the bar is still making the BEST martini's in St. Louis! The door guy Michael could use and attitude adjustment, but the rest of the newer staff is more friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I have taken several groups here over the 5 years they have been open, but always make sure to call ahead for a reservation for large parties. Compared to some sub par competitors that have opened in St. Louis recently, I would have to say that the Goose is still the best place for variety of menu and the quality of the drinks. They donâ??t use cheap liquor here and it shows!
