Schlafly Stout & Oyster Festival 2015

At our biggest food & beer festival of the year, we fly in over 50,000 fresh oysters and teams of star shuckers from both coasts. Indulge in several varieties of oysters and pair them with 5 styles of Schlafly stout including Oatmeal Stout, Coffee Stout, Irish Extra Stout, Nitro Irish Stout and Oyster Stout. While the pairing of stouts and oysters goes back to the 19th century, we will also offer plenty of tasty non-stout beer options. The event is free and open to the public. Simply pay for your beer and food a la carte. Oyster options will include several varieties of fresh raw oysters on the half shell, fried oysters, grilled oysters, and fried oyster po' boys. The full regular Tap Room menu is also available in the downstairs dining area, in addition to our oyster specials, for those less enthusiastic about oysters.
