Hypocritical owners

Owners are hypocritical. They ban TG's from entering. Guess they never saw the L in GLBT

rude bartender

If you go to this bar avoid Richard..he tends bar in the back area..and has a nasty attitude...he obviously doesn't enjoy his job..and shouldn't work with the public..unfortunately the owners don't recognize this..also avoid the free bar food if you don't want food poisoning

Can Be Fun!

There is not much eye candy here but can be a place where you can have a fun night! Some of the bears are really cool and laid back! Bartenders make great cocktails! If it s your first time here don t be shocked to see a 350 lb man in a g string! After a few strong drinks you will be able to handle it! I know from the back it looks like a rug being choked by a tight piece of string but you will get threw it! LOL Saturday nights are the best night to go here!!!! :)

The place to be

This is the home of the Show Me Bears and the Blue Maxx. Different events and contests are held here. You won't find a drag show here, but you can find bears and cubs and admirers here. The reviews here are mixed and are all valid. It is usually crowded here late at night as this bar closes at 3AM. They don't sell food here unless it is an event for one of the bear/biker groups. The bartenders can be friendly, but when it gets crowded things get fast paced for them. There is a small dance floor; the music usually starts out crappy, but then picks up later. The atmosphere can be different depending on when and what night and what else is going on. You should definitely go and check it out for yourself. The back part of the bar where the dance floor is only opens on the weekend. They do participate in the dart league. I love that they sell root beer and have gone non-smoking. It is what you make of it. They provide the venue, you provide the personality.

G R O S S

Bottom line!!!! Gay or straight there is no reason to STINK to high hell! A few times I have been here with friends the guys are dirty-smelly-some of them looked like they have not showered in days! This is not being a bear! This is being lazy and not taking care of person hygiene. If this is the way you appear in person, I would hate to see how a lot of the guys that go here live! Just disgusting! :(
